Cumbuco Apartment Rentals offers beach front apartments in three different condominiums in Cumbuco. The Dream Beach condominium, the Dream Village condominium. and Dream Ocean View All condominiums are situated directly on the wonderful beach of Cumbuco offering its special charm and size of apartments. Payments: A down payment of minimum 50% is required to book the apartment. When you pay your down payment or full payment of your rental apartment it is guaranteed.
Price: Price vary from amount of people to size of the apartment minimum stay is 5 nights.
What is included and what is not included in the rent.
The rent of the apartment for the number of days reserved and for the number of people registered is included. Any meals are not included.
Electricity consumption.
The electricity consumption is not included in the rent and has to be paid separately. The payment of electricity is made once a week in accordance with information available on the resort.
Cleaning of the apartment.
The Apartment is fully cleaned at the time of arrival. All guests has pay the amount of R$ 90, for the cleaning of the apartment after the departure.
Additional cleaning can be ordered during the stay a cost of R$ 60. The cleaning of the apartment includes the changing of towels, and bed linen.
Dream Beach apartments are located only a short walk along the beach from the center of the village of Cumbuco, and only a 30 minutes drive from Fortaleza. Beautiful apartments of 179 m2, all with three bedrooms with private bathrooms, and situated directly on the beach. Nearest beach restaurant is only 50 meters away.
Dream Ocean View apartments are located a 15 minute walk along the beach from the center of the village Cumbuco, and only a 30 minutes from Fortaleza. Comfortable apartments of 118 m2 (standard) and 150 m2 (penthouse). 100% ocean view-situated directly on the beach in front of the 32 meters swimming pool.
Dream Village apartments are located only a short walk along the beach from the center of the village of Cumbuco, and only a 30 minute from Fortaleza. The closest beach restaurant is only 50 meters away.
