About Us

Cumbuco Rentals is a subsidiary of Fortaleza Real Estate in Fortaleza Brazil. Founded in 2003 by Ana Ceres Teixeira, Cumbuco Rentals was developed to offer high quality rentals for our customers. Cumbuco Rentals offers beach apartments and villas for rent in Cumbuco.

    Cumbuco Brazil Vacation Rentals offers beachfront apartments and houses for rent in Cumbuco. The Dream Village condominium, Dream Ocean View and Beach Sun Cumbuco are all condominiums situated directly on the wonderful beach of Cumbuco offering its special charm and size of apartments. Apart from the beach apartments, we offer a selection of nice houses such as Villa Branca a 6-bed room beachfront house for rent in Cumbuco. The Dunas Village houses located near the sand dunes with a spectacular view of the Ocean and the amazing sand dunes of Cumbuco. We recommend payment via Transferwise. Dream Village apartments are located only a short walk along the beach from the center of the village of Cumbuco, and only a 30 minutes from Fortaleza. The closest beach restaurant is only 50 meters away. The apartments of 84 m2 (standard) and 150 m2 (penthouse), all with two or three bedrooms with private bathrooms, and of course located directly on the beach. Dream Ocean View apartments are located a 10-minute walk along the beach from the center of the village Cumbuco, and only a 30 minutes from Fortaleza. Comfortable apartments of 118 m2 (standard) and 150 m2 (penthouse). 100 % ocean view-situated directly on the beach in front of the 32 meters swimming pool. Beach Sun Apartments are located next to Villa Branca and about 20 minutes’ walk along the beach to the center of the Cumbuco Village. The apartments in Beach Sun are fully furnished and well equipped varying in sizes hosting up to 4 people.
